Orange Beach Elementary Students Tour ASAMA

On September 16, fifth-grade students from Amy Edwards' (far right) art class at Orange Beach Elementary toured the American Sport Art Museum and Archives (ASAMA), which is located on the campus of the United States Sports Academy in Daphne. Students received a guided tour through the current exhibit "The Road to the Beijing Olympiad through Art." ASAMA holds the largest collection of sport art in the world and features top local, national and international sport artists. ASAMA is open free to the public M-F, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. >>> learn more

Academy presents Appalachian State with College Football Game of the Year award

Academy Sport Artist of the Year 2005 Daniel Moore presented Appalachian State Head Football Coach Jerry Moore with the 2007 College Football Game of the Year award at a booster club meeting in Atlanta on 22 April.
